1:1 Yoga Sessions
In a 1:1 session, the focus is entirely on you. We talk about what you would like to get out of the sessions and specific things you would like to work on. 1:1 sessions take a varied approach to an everyday practice. The sessions begin from where you are in yourself on the day (physically, energetically, mentally & emotionally).
Whether seeking to explore Yoga to build and strengthen an already existing dynamic practice, deepen your understanding of how Yoga can best serve your personal needs, improve mobility and flexibility, or learn about the philosophy of yoga I provide a unique, safe and supportive experience tailored to you.
The top reasons why you might benefit from 1:1 Yoga
You have something specific you'd like to work on like an arm balance, headstand or to get some extra guidance on a particular posture/s.
You would like to do some extra strength work to gain confidence.
You need help with a specific problem. For example, a runner may need help with tight hips or a dancer might need help with increasing flexibility.
You are new to yoga and need a little extra support to feel confident enough to go to a group class.
You feel you don't get the attention you need in a group setting and would like to know if you are doing it right.
1:1 sessions are available for purchase in either 5-session or 10-session packs.
> 5 session packs (1 hr each) are $200
> 10 session packs (1 hr each) are $380
Sessions are available in person at my home studio in Canberra, ACT and also online via Zoom. All sessions are to be used within 3 months of purchase.

Gentle Yoga - Unwind
Leave feeling relaxed, nourished, compassionate and connected to the heart. This practice brings a softening to your mind, body and soul through a gentle flow that slows the nervous system, increases flexibility and mobility. Modifications will be offered to make poses approachable for a student at any level.
