How does it work?
Step 1: Understand your Body and Introduction
Through a simple, non-invasive assessment that can be completed online or in the studio, you get an interactive virtual health assistant at your fingertips that provides you information about your daily health choices, i.e. what foods to eat, when best to exercise, how to manage your stress, even the best time to sleep. By understanding how your body functions at its optimum we can begin working towards greater health and wellness.
Step 2: Explore the Practical and Physical
Everyone's health, wellness and lifestyle goals are different. Together, we establish what your health and wellness priorities are and make a plan to take inspired action towards achieving them, i.e exercise goals, food plan, social, genius, creativity.
Step 2: Expand the whole Self
Our world pushes us into a state of constant doing, living from our head and to-do lists. It asks us to be productive and results focussed. Forcing us women to shut away our “emotional”, “feeling”, “hormonal” and our “too much” nature – to the point we are living disconnected from our creative, free-flowing essence and sensitivity. This is where we connect with our body, mind and spirit through yoga, meditation and embodiment practices to learn to slow the mind, listen to our intuition and de-stress.
Step 4: Integrate and Next Steps
Now that you've got clarity on your health, wellness, lifestyle, spiritual and creative goals, have established a plan of action, slowed your mind and feel connected to your body let's integrate it into your everyday life. This is where we begin to reflect on what's you've discovered, and build ways to integrate these new discoveries into your everyday life leaving you feeling confident, comfortable and assured that you've got what it takes to make it happen!

Our world pushes us into a state of constant doing, living from our head and to-do lists. It asks us to be productive and results focussed. Forcing us women to shut away our “emotional”, “feeling”, “hormonal” and our “too much” nature – to the point we are living disconnected from our creative, free-flowing essence and sensitivity (Our feminine essence) .
As a result, our bodies have become numb, stiff, and rigid, holding tension and tightness deep within our hearts and bodies. This way of living can hold us back from connecting to our creativity, our unique expression, and our way of being. It can hold us back from really knowing who we are.
Embodiment practices, like moving our body through dance or meditation, open a gateway of communication which is ‘feeling’ and ‘sensation’ based. This deep and intuitive connection to our body provides insight into our personal experiences and lens on life. It also helps in understanding our struggles and challenges and discover the next steps forward.
My approach is about guiding you to have a deeper understanding and connection with your feminine essence and your body; the free-flowing, feeling part of you and inhabiting it more fully in your life. The body-soul connection provides a deeper understanding of yourself and your desires bringing you closer to a strong sense of direction and purpose in your life.

What's included in the 10 week coaching package?
+ 12-month access to ph360 health profile
+ 90 minute coaching session to set up your profile and show you how it works
+ 3 x 60 minute coaching and goal setting session
+ 3 x 60 minute mindfulness/yoga/meditation sessions
+ 1 x 60 minute integration and next steps planning session
* All sessions conducted online or in the home studio (Canberra, ACT).
How much support will I receive from you during the program?
I’ll be by your side as your coach, mentor and cheerleader. You will receive support through 1:1 coaching, emails and text contact during business hours for the duration of the coaching program. If you would like more support we can discuss options once the coaching package is complete.
Do you have a refund policy?
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required prior to the commencement of the program with a seven day cooling off period.
Payment plans are available. You can pay $132 weekly or 4 payments of $330. A $130 discount is available when you pay in full ($1320.00).
I am committed to making this program as accessible as possible if you’d like to discuss an extended payment plan.
